The Mann people have a New Testament in their language and it has been well distributed since its publication. Many Mann-speaking people are Christians, mainly from the United Liberian Inland Church, the United Methodist Church, and the Roman Catholic Church. The Mann New Testament was completed in 1991. Since then the Mann people have been requesting the translation of their whole Bible.
We believe the Bible is for everyone. “As for us, we proclaim the crucified Christ, a message that is offensive to the Jews and nonsense to the Gentiles; But unto them which are called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of God, and the wisdom of God”. We believe that it contains the truth about God’s love for humanity, and that without that truth people can’t be saved. That is why we are working tirelessly, in 200 countries and territories, to make the Bible available where people will be transformed through the Scripture in which they can read and understand.
